Brightwater employs over 2100 staff across a wide range of roles.

We have the benefit of being a really diverse business too, looking after people with a disability in our homes and their home, and older Western Australians in our residential aged care homes or their own home.

We also run a commercial linen and catering business, have a Brightwater Research Centre and provide support to our operations through corporate services – incorporating everything from human resources to marketing to finance.
