Our commercial kitchen in Malaga combines top-of-the-range equipment with a fully trained team of catering professionals. This ensures our meals are not only high quality, but also food safe.

We are HACCP certified and WA Food Safe compliant in accordance with West Australian Food Act Regulations 2009 for Food Service to Vulnerable Persons. That means we’re focused on achieving the highest standards and we follow strict controls; from the suppliers we use and the receipt of raw goods, right through to the preparation process and delivery of the finished product.
