If you have recently completed your studies as a Nurse, kickstart your nursing career with Brightwater.
Our graduate program gives you the opportunity to consolidate and develop your clinical and professional practice, supporting your transition from studying to the role of Nurse.
Following onboarding and induction at our head office, you will be placed at one of our 12 residential aged care homes where you will receive a full orientation to the home and to your role as a Nurse.
You will be in a safe, supportive environment with support from a dedicated Coordinator who oversees the graduate program. Plus your onsite mentors will provide day to day guidance, support and supervision.
You will also have the opportunity to work with our home care team for two weeks, where you will visit clients living at their own home in the community.
