Each year, Brightwater holds a spectacular tenpin bowling tournament, which this year, held at Zone Bowling Cannington, saw 22 teams, totalling 66 people come together across Brightwater residential aged care, disability services and Alpha Care Australia – our special guest team.

The annual tournament is a fantastic team building experience, and brings individual’s together to have an exciting, fun day out.

"The standard of bowling has improved tenfold since last year, which has put pressure on Brightwater reigning champions, Ellison House Bowling Queens. We want to send a special thanks to the amazing staff at Zone Bowling Cannington for making the event run so well. With such a big cohort of people you made the process simple, and most of all, enjoyable,” said Richard Ayres, Brightwater Transport and Holiday Coordinator.

Hillary from Brightwater Balcatta was awarded a trophy for Fairest and Best, for her continued support to her fellow competitors and infectious spirit. We would like to say a big thank you to Zone Bowling Cannington for providing Achievement Awards to other participants who were nominated - including, Andrew from Brightwater Balcatta, Mark and Jodie from Brightwater Oats Street Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre and Giovanni and Sandra from Brightwater Onslow Gardens.

A big thank you also goes to the staff involved, who each supported the competitors throughout this fun-filled day. Their hard work and dedication made it a remarkably special day for all involved.
