Yes, some of the rooms at Brightwater Inglewood have access to the balcony – and the balcony wraps around to the common dining room area, so it is accessible to all residents. There is also a balcony connected to each dining area on both levels. On Level 1, there is one large central courtyard and two smaller courtyards. Level 2 has extensive balcony and alfresco areas off each house.
