Introduced in 2018, the new clinical governance framework has streamlined our processes and information to help clients and their families make choices about what they need, helping us to deliver safe, effective and personalised care.
The framework allows us to continue supporting clients with the skills and knowledge that empower them to participate to the extent they desire, and be assisted to make decisions that shape the care they receive.
The five framework streams work together to ensure we monitor, evaluate and improve all aspects of care, from not only a care, but a business perspective. Our leadership team fosters a culture based on trust, fairness, respect, shared values and beliefs, which filter in to the training we provide our workforce, to continue enhancing and building on our knowledge and skills.
We have systems in place that provide a balance between dignity of risk and duty of care, ensuring we minimise any hazards in our care delivery processes. Through ongoing evaluation of care outcomes, we focus on achieving a personalised approach and services which are based on best practice.
We support clients with the opportunity, information and training to fully participate in the processes that help shape their lifestyle.
