Residents from our Acquired Brain Injury rehabilitation centre, Brightwater Oats Street, enjoyed an outing with the Perth Football Club to Hungry Jacks Carlisle as part of the Skills for Living Program.
Residents were gifted food and drink vouchers by members from the Perth Football Club and the team behind Hungry Jacks Carlisle, which they used to order themselves a meal at the counter, providing a simple yet important opportunity for residents to undertake day-to-day activities in the community. Grabbing a meal out in the local neighbourhood is something that many residents enjoy and it is important to provide opportunities such as these for community integration. Residents enjoyed their meals together and with new friends from the Perth Football club and Hungry Jacks.
Thank you to the team at Hungry Jacks Carlisle for their support of the program and helping their fellow community members.
