Brightwater is full of people doing extraordinary things, day in, day out, across all of our services.
That’s why every year we have the Values and Service Awards, which recognise and reward Brightwater employees who personify our values and commitment every day.
Brightwater CEO Jennifer Lawrence said the staff recognition awards were particularly important this year.
“The amount of change this year has meant that we have all had to quickly adapt whilst never losing sight of our Mission – to pursue the dignity of independence.”
“These amazing award recipients have not only contributed to the organisation, but have also improved the lives of the people we provide care and services to.”
