Holiday season visitor information

We are so fortunate that Perth continues to remain COVID-19 free and we can continue to enjoy time together safely.

We know the Christmas period is a special time for families to enjoy together and we are so pleased that this is possible for us here in Western Australia.

We ask however that you continue to visit your loved ones in a safe way.

  • If you are unwell or an immediately family member is unwell with flu like symptoms, we ask that you please reschedule your visit;
  • If you are taking your loved one home over the holidays, again please ensure you are aware of the guests present and their general health;
  • Please continue to pre-book your visits using Zipline, our online booking system, or by phoning the site directly. Below is a list of the direct contact number per site. Please note, whilst there are designated timeslots in Zipline for visits we can make provisions for family visits outside of these hours, so please phone to enquire about this.
