Employee assistance program
From time to time, talking to someone about professional or personal issues can do us a world of good.
All Brightwater employees and their families can take part in our employee assistance program, which includes four free and confidential counselling sessions per year.
Each year, Brightwater awards two scholarships to staff members who demonstrate an interest in research or further learning to benefit our clients.
Applications are open to all employees and are reviewed by the Brightwater Research Centre and leadership team. Scholarship recipients provide a written report of their project which includes their goals, the outcomes, key learning experiences, value to others and benefit to Brightwater.
