Receive a $250 Coles Group voucher if your referral signs a new Home Care Package service agreement with Brightwater at Home or becomes a permanent Brightwater residential aged care client.
Existing Brightwater at Home clients will receive a $100 Coles Group voucher for successful Home Care Package referrals - and the new client gets a $100 voucher too!
How it Works:
Simply complete the referral form to make a referral now.
Terms and conditions:
- Offer valid for referrals made after 1 March 2024.
- Referrals must be for new clients (those who have not used Brightwater's services before).
- Brightwater Welcome Team members (and other staff in client sign up and referral roles) are not eligible for this promotion.
- Staff completing forms on behalf of clients (who are referring a friend) will not receive a voucher.
- For home care referrals, the client must sign a new Home Care Package service agreement, and continue to receive services from Brightwater under the Home Care Package service agreement for a minimum of 3 consecutive months. Vouchers will be issued after this period.
