Our FY26 annual report is live

The Brightwater FY26 Annual Report is now available, sharing the progress we made and the work of our people over the past year, and there is a lot to be proud of.

Across our services, teams have continued to care for and support residents, clients and families, while strengthening clinical care, improving our services and building for the future. Our work across research and partnerships has continued to grow, alongside investment in our workforce and systems.

The annual report was launched at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 2 November 2026, where CEO Dr Catherine Stoddart PSM reflected on the year and the contribution of our people.

“Our annual report reflects an enormous amount of work across our organisation,” Cath said.

“Every achievement in it has our people behind it, bringing their expertise, care and commitment to the work they do every day.”

“Thank you for everything you have contributed this year. I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together and the difference our people continue to make for the people we support.”
