Celebrating our 2026 WA Disability Support Awards Finalists

Brightwater is proud to recognise our people who were named finalists at the National Disability Services WA Disability Support 2026 Awards.

Held at Crown Perth, the awards brought together more than 600 people from across WA’s disability sector to celebrate the individuals, teams and organisations making a real difference. With over 150 nominations across nine categories, it was a powerful reminder of the passion, innovation and care that exists right across the sector.

We were proud to be represented across multiple categories, with our finalists reflecting the commitment our teams bring to the people and communities we support every day.

Our 2026 finalists were:

  • Michelle Barlow Barlow – Allied Health Professionals Award
  • Chenae Yeo – Emerging Leader
  • Ena Luz Jaraba Prasca – Excellence in Disability Support Work
  • Piara Waters Team – Excellence in Innovation
  • Brightwater Linen – Excellence in Supporting Employment Outcomes

While we didn’t take home a trophy this year, we couldn’t be prouder. Being recognised among the best in the sector is a meaningful achievement and a reflection of the impact our people make every day.

Congratulations to all finalists and winners. We’re proud to be part of a sector so committed to making a difference.
