Ensuring your Safety

As a Registered NDIS Provider, Brightwater is committed to meeting strict quality and safety standards. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission exists to protect your rights as an NDIS participant. You can contact them if you need to:

  • Verify that your provider is NDIS-registered
  • Report a complaint
  • Seek advice if you feel your services are not being delivered safely

Your key rights and protections include:

  • Choice and control over your supports and funded services
  • Protection from abuse, violence, and neglect
  • Confidentiality and privacy of your personal information
  • Access to advocacy for independent support and advice
  • Right to complain without fear of retribution

We understand that navigating the NDIS can sometimes be complex. If you ever need independent advice – whether about your options, funding concerns, or other challenges – advocacy services can provide guidance and support.
