Situated south-of-the-river near Rockingham, Brightwater Warnbro is a supported community house for adults with complex disabilities.
Consisting of 2 adjoining houses, Brightwater Warnbro is a warm and welcoming place for 12 people to call home. Our housemates have medium support needs and live their lives as independently as possible, with extra support for day-to-day activities including assisted lifting with or without hoists.
Each Brightwater community house is fully equipped and accessible, close to public transport and supported by trained Brightwater team members who will encourage you to connect with your community and reach your potential.

We create communities where people connect and belong, thriving through progressive and responsive care.
Whether in your own home, or one of ours, we keep you connected to what matters most, in the communities you belong so you can thrive.
For over 100 years, we’ve been there for West Australians from all walks of life. With humble beginnings in Subiaco, today we provide services all across Perth.
We are the only WA aged care and disability provider with a dedicated Research Centre – a hub of discovery and innovation, collaborating with national and international universities to find innovative solutions to improve the quality of lives of our clients.
We were selected in 2018 to run the Australian pilot Specialist Dementia Care Unit, accommodating clients who would otherwise require care in a hospital setting and our learning will influence the whole industry in the coming years.
