Consisting of 2 adjoining houses, Brightwater Maylands is comfortable place for 6 people to call home. Our housemates have medium support needs and live their lives as independently as possible, with extra support for day-to-day activities including assisted lifting with or without hoists.

Each Brightwater community house is fully equipped and accessible, close to public transport and supported by trained Brightwater team members who will encourage you to connect with your community and reach your potential.

A minimum Supported Independent Living (SIL) budget of $195,000 is required to be considered for this vacancy. Prospective clients also need to be eligible for the Community Disability Housing Program.
