We are refurbishing this site to create a new aged care facility for the local community.
The redevelopment will transform the former Attadale Rehabilitation Hospital into a facility providing 39 new aged care places for older Western Australians. Refurbishment works are planned throughout 2026, with the first residents expected to move in during 2027.
