Module 6: Continuing your rehabilitation journey
It has now been a few months after your TBI. You may be getting ready to go home after your hospital stay. You may have returned home already. Or you might be transferring to another facility to continue your recovery. So what does the road ahead look like from here?
StartModule 7: Setting goals for your recovery
At the beginning of your rehab program, you will be asked to think of some recovery goals. These are the things you would like to be able to do, or the results (or outcomes) that you want for yourself after your TBI. They can be anything you want – whatever that is important to you!

Now that it’s been a few months since your injury, you have probably begun to make sense of what happened to you. As you start to understand the road ahead, you might find yourself experiencing a mix of emotions.

StartModule 10: Navigating challenges during rehabilitation
Going through rehab is very similar to driving on an uphill road. You might be expecting a smooth and steady drive to the top. But along the way, you notice that the road goes up and down. It can stay flat for a long time followed by sudden twists and sharp turns. The ride might be fun for some parts and boring at others.
Start
