Ed is a specialist palliative care nurse with 25 years’ experience across regional, acute, community, correctional and residential care settings. He has a strong focus on supporting people with life-limiting illness, particularly those living with dementia, by honouring individual choice through early advance care planning and mentoring other clinicians in this area.
He now works at Brightwater Care Group as the End-of-Life Coordinator and Senior Nurse Consultant, helping to strengthen clinical governance across aged care, community and disability services.
