Brightwater Recognised Among WA’s Best in Allied Health

WA Allied Health Awards (1)

p>What an inspiring night at the WA Excellence in Allied Health Awards!

We’re thrilled to share that two of our own were recognised as finalists this year - the Oats Street Team, acknowledged for their outstanding and innovative work in brain injury rehabilitation, and Therapy Assistant Doru Bocur, celebrated for his dedication to supporting people living with Huntington’s disease.

With more than 10,000 allied health professionals across WA, this recognition is a wonderful reflection of the impact our teams make every day. It highlights the exceptional skill, empathy and innovation our allied health professionals bring to improving the lives of the people we support.

Brightwater was proud to be a Silver Sponsor, celebrating the incredible people making a difference through care, compassion and innovation across Western Australia.

Our Chief Operating Officer, Kelly Worlock, also had the honour of co-presenting the Allied Health Lifetime Achievement Award alongside the Hon. Meredith Hammat MLA, Minister for Health and Mental Health - a proud moment recognising leaders who have dedicated their careers to advancing allied health in WA.

A huge congratulations to all the finalists and winners who go above and beyond to help others live their best lives. We’re incredibly proud to stand alongside such passionate professionals who are shaping the future of allied health.
