The next stop was the Koorliny Arts Centre, a familar place for Patricia. Before becoming a resident at Brightwater, Patricia used to regularly visit the centre with her friends. She was thrilled to return and even bumped into some old friends. "I had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the day," she shared.

The highlight of the day was a lively musical performance by Wayne Pride, featuring his mix of country, old-time rock ‘n’ roll, and a touch of Elvis, Tom Jones, and Johnny Cash. Carmel Morrison, a big fan of country music and a former choir singer, also had a blast. Her love for singing was reignited, and she commented, “I had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed the day.”
