Over 2,000 Brightwater team members are currently:

Helping over 900 clients age well at home with Brightwater at Home.

Providing our 650 residents with leading-edge care at a Brightwater residential aged care home.

Building the capacity of 350 clients with the Brightwater in-house allied health team.

Supporting 200 transitional care clients on their journey to recovery.

Assisting over 70 disability clients to live independently in the community.

Providing 48 places in the Transitional Rehabilitation Program.

Preparing over 550,000 meals for Brightwater residents, clients, and commercial customers.

Washing over 10,000 tonnes of linen in the 2021 financial year.

Facilitating over $2.1 million in research grants for the Brightwater Research Centre in 2021.

Developing leading disability and aged care practices with over 67 research projects delivered since 2016, including:

Supporting children with a parent affected by Younger Onset Dementia or an Acquired Brain Injury.

Reducing risk and improving preparedness with Covid-19 research.

Helping to understand the complexity of Acquired Brain Injuries.
