Brightwater acknowledges the contribution of the organisations and service providers who have participated in our consultation for the NDIS toolkit.

These tools are provided in Word format so that organisations can adapt and modify them to suit their specific organisational needs and maximise the benefits of using the tools. The Brightwater name and logo must not be used without Brightwater’s express prior consent.

The NDIS toolkit is provided as a guide only. These tools do not alter a party’s legal obligations or responsibilities (whether to its clients, the NDIA, any other Government agency, or any other party).
