Your journey from hospital to home

Brightwater’s Transitional Accommodation Program is for people with an acquired neurological disability or complex care needs following a hospital stay. It’s a sanctuary designed to help people with a permanent disability build the skills required for daily living routines.

Clients stay at Brightwater Marangaroo, which is located in a quiet residential community north of Perth. There are 23 rooms in four recently renovated houses where residents live comfortably while transitioning from hospital to independent living or long-term supported accommodation.

Residents enjoy:

  • Private bedrooms – which can be personalised – with ensuite bathrooms
  • Shared living and kitchen areas
  • Beautiful outdoor areas
  • Communal clubhouse.

All about Brightwater Marangaroo

Brightwater Marangaroo clients arrive straight from the hospital and usually stay for a year or less. They receive support to rebuild daily living routines to help them move back to the community. • 24/7 access to enrolled nurses and support workers
