I understand I cannot visit my loved one whilst COVID-19 testing is going on. How much testing are you doing?

We are taking a cautious approach to anyone with any respiratory or cold and flu symptoms and therefore any resident who is showing any symptoms is being tested.

Likewise any staff member who is showing any respiratory or flu like symptoms is also being tested and is being asked to stay away from work.

When we are testing a resident, that resident is isolated to their room until test results are known and no visits are allowed to that resident.

If two or more residents at one site are being tested, all visitors to that site will be put on hold until results are known. You will be phoned on the day of your visit if this is the case.

To date however there have been no cases of COVID-19 amongst any of our residents or staff.
