We offer a mix of on-site and remote working where possible, as well as generous leave entitlements and the ability to purchase leave. Staff can also work in different parts of our organisation, transferring between Residential Aged Care, Brightwater at Home, Supported Independent Living, and our Transition Care and Transitional Accommodation Programs.
Brightwater is registered as a public benevolent institution with the Australian Taxation Office, which means we can pass on special tax concessions to our staff. By utilising salary packaging, you can pay less tax and increase your take home pay.
