If you have recently completed your studies as a Registered Nurse, kickstart your nursing career with Brightwater.
Our graduate program gives you the opportunity to consolidate and develop your clinical and professional practice, supporting your transition from studying to the role of Registered Nurse.
Following onboarding and induction at our head office, you will be placed at one of our 12 residential aged care homes where you will receive a full orientation to the home and to your role as a Registered Nurse.

You will also have the opportunity to work with our home care team for two weeks, where you will visit clients living at their own home in the community.
